Customer Representative – Aldershot

Role Overview

Customer Representative role to support customers across all channels in Nationwide branches in Farnborough and Aldershot.

Working Hours

Permanent part‑time, 14 hours per week. Hours are split between Farnborough and Aldershot. Working times are 11:00‑14:30:

• Monday and Tuesday (or Monday and Wednesday) Farnborough
• Thursday and Friday Aldershot
• 5 Saturdays out of every 9, with time off in the week for Saturdays worked

Responsibilities

• Handle in‑branch transactions and customer queries.
• Educate customers on digital services and online banking.
• Respond to inquiries across phone, online, and in‑person channels.

• Empathetic, able to put yourself in customers’ shoes and understand their needs.
• Communicates clearly and directly, challenging the status quo to improve performance.
• Able to prioritize and deliver results for best customer outcomes.

Branches in Farnborough and Aldershot, Hampshire. Applicants should reside within a 45‑minute commute of the branch.
