Looking to step up your internal communications career?
We’re partnering with a leading insurance business to find a driven and creative Internal Comms Executive who’s ready to take on more ownership, visibility, and impact.
You’ll join a small, high-performing comms team where your ideas will be heard, your work will be seen, and your development will be supported. The company has also been recognised as one of The Times Best Places to Work 2025, so you can expect a genuinely positive culture.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly become a key part of how the business communicates internally.
- Own and shape content on the company intranet – keeping it fresh, engaging, and relevant
- Write and deliver clear, impactful communications across multiple channels
- Support campaigns, business updates, and employee initiatives
- Run the weekly global newsletter and experiment with ways to improve engagement
- Work closely with teams across the business to uncover and share great stories
- Help manage the comms calendar and keep activity running smoothly
- Use data, insights and AI to continuously improve how communication lands
What we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for someone who’s already got some internal comms experience and is ready for more responsibility.
- Experience creating internal communications content (intranet, newsletters, campaigns)
- A confident writer who knows how to make messages clear and engaging
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and curious – you don’t just wait for work, you go looking for it
- Comfortable building relationships across teams and speaking with stakeholders
- Keen to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in communications
- Experience with tools like Monday.com, Dotdigital or Interact is a bonus, but not essential.
