Junior Financial Planner
London / South East (Hybrid)

A leading private banking and wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Junior Financial Planner to join its Wealth Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing adviser or experienced paraplanner looking to step into a client-facing role, working alongside senior professionals and gaining exposure to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior advisers in managing HNW/UHNW client relationships
- Attend client meetings and contribute to financial planning discussions
- Assist in delivering holistic advice across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Work closely with internal specialists to develop tailored solutions
- Build understanding of client objectives, risk profiles, and suitability requirements
- Support new business development activities
About You:
- Background in paraplanning, financial planning, or wealth management
- Experience supporting or working with HNW clients is advantageous
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum), ideally progressing towards Chartered
- Strong communication skills and desire to move into a client-facing role
- Ambitious, professional, and eager to develop
Package:
- Salary up to £75,000

Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience working as a Paraplanner and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of financial planning. Applicants should be either fully Chartered or within two exams of achieving Chartered status, with a clear commitment to completing their qualifications.
