Warehouse Operatives

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for individuals who are organised, punctual, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will be working within the food industry. The shifts are patterned between 6am‑2pm or, 2pm‑10pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Checking goods in and out, ensuring accuracy of stock
• Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting other warehouse tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift patterns
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a warehouse setting
