Title: Resource and Planning ManagerPay: £36,983 per annumLocation: Birmingham Airport, Coventry Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B26 3QJHours: Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00Employment Type: Permanent Full‑time
This role is responsible for managing the scheduling and allocation of staff within the assisted travel service, ensuring smooth operation, particularly during peak times, by adapting to fluctuating demand and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Regularly analyse passenger flow data, historical trends, and seasonal fluctuations to forecast staffing requirements.
- Monitor ongoing operations and make real‑time roster adjustments as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with staffing agencies, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, absence, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
