Full-time, on-site role in Bicester leading information management for a major project. You’ll ensure systems, information, and processes support smooth and compliant delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Information Management team.
- Set and manage information standards and procedures.
- Manage the EDMS, particularly Asite, including user access.
- Coordinate reporting and support digital tools such as Field View.
- Train teams on information management systems.
- Support digital working via SharePoint, Teams, and mobile tools.
- Manage quality procedures and project archiving.
Qualifications
- Experience managing information or document control processes.
- Knowledge of construction projects and lifecycles.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Experience with EDM systems.
- Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192.
- Confidence leading and supporting others.
