Job Title: Ductwork Project Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £75K – £80K (DOE)

The Role:

• As a Ductwork Project Manager Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all aspects of ductwork projects within our organisation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Make sure that materials are ordered with the correct supplier for better buying.
• Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage changes and addendums.
• Utilise site survey software (site audit pro) for project data collection and submission to the relevant teams, capturing any site issues or variations.
• Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information.

The Company:

• Specialise in commercial HVAC projects including both new ductwork lagging and air conditioning projects.
• Delivers high-quality ventilation and air distribution solutions across commercial and industrial projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ductwork knowledge.
• Will have previous experience working on commercial projects worth upwards of £300K.
• ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) or possess equivalent experience.
• Strong management skills.
• Will have excellent communication skills.
