Role Description

This is a full-time, visiting multiple projects role for a Construction Contracts Manager. The role involves managing and coordinating various construction contracts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining relationships with clients, managing risks, resolving disputes, and overseeing project documentation. The Construction Contracts Manager will also provide leadership to project teams, monitor progress, and work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in workforce management, interpersonal skills, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management and site logistics
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities within project contexts
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience in sectors such as residential, commercial, education, or healthcare is a plus
  • Formal qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field are preferred
