To apply for this position you will be studying toward a BSc in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or a related field.

About The Role

This role is a 12‑month placement starting in July 2026 and ending July 2027, based at our offices in Granta Park, Cambridge. You will support the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for company products, services and processes. You will evaluate internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintain documentation related to compliance with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards. You will identify risk and evaluate deficiencies while working with internal departments and business units to appropriately remedy them, and facilitate internal training on quality assurance requirements, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities Include

  • Production and distribution of KPI (e.g., CAPA, SCAR, NCR, LMS)
  • Assisting with ongoing activities of QMS & Compliance team, including problem investigation and promotion of quality culture
  • Operating on own initiative through completion of individual projects
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments on improvement projects and compliance activities
