Job Description
The role for the PA will include assisting with Personal Care, showering, bathing, hygiene, and dressing, including helping the individual change into their pyjamas and everyday clothing.
Due to the role including personal care a female PA will be required.
In addition to personal care, the role includes helping with meal preparation and cooking meals.
The position also involves housework, such as tidying, laundry, dishes, and basic cleaning tasks, to help keep the home organised and comfortable. Providing companionship and communicating respectfully are essential aspects of the role.
Additionally the role will involve taking the client shopping and accompanying them on outings. The client uses a wheelchair, so the successful candidate will need access to an accessible vehicle suitable for wheelchair transport.
The support required will be needed in the mornings between 8:30 – 9:30 and evenings between 5 – 6.
Weekly Hours and Hourly Rate
12 hours per week to be split between 2 PAs, the Client would like support over 7 days a week, 2 PA’s required.
£13 per hour for employed PA, £15.60 per hour for a self-employed PA.
No pets in the home, Driver required.
