Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within Collections and Recoveries. You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of multiple teams supporting members experiencing financial hardship, ensuring vulnerability is recognised and responded to appropriately.
