Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects across Joveo’s product and business operations. You will keep initiatives on track — managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with precision and calm.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress against them
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Report project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and client-facing teams
- Drive project closure — lessons learned, documentation, and handoff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid project management experience in a technology or professional services environment
- Strong command of project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet)
- Proficiency in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced remote environment
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is an advantage
