My client is a prominent Business Centre based centrally in Belfast City Centre offering a complete range of serviced office solutions to include fully furnished office space with access to a range of meeting rooms and conference facilities. They now seek to recruit a competent individual to oversee the Front of House and Operational aspects of the centre. This is a rewarding and varied role, it offers a good level of autonomy to help you deliver a first class service that meets the individual needs of existing clients. You will have proven administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be natural communicators, have excellent rapport building skills, have a professional demeanour at all times with the confidence to show potential new clients around the centre promoting the benefits, whilst answering any questions about the comprehensive range of services. The ability to multi-task is essential, you will be able to logically plan and split your time to perform these roles and duties: – Front of House – Working as part of the front of house team you will collectively handle and manage reception tasks including meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with couriers, post etc. You will be the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis taking responsibility for booking conference/meeting rooms, ordering external catering and recording monthly billing. (Minimal accounts exp. required). Pass enquiries from new clients on to the sales team. You will show prospective clients the range of facilities available and prepare and issue them with welcome packs. Operations You will liaise with new clients to coordinate setting up phone systems and internet connections. Coordinate move outs to make them happen smoothly. Reporting of maintenance and technical issues. Liaise with clients to agree fire procedures on a bi-annual basis. Liaise with cleaning company to ensure high standards. Starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 on offer to the right candidate who can demonstrate similar experience gained in a comparable role. Hours of work 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
