At Bodycare, an Experience Manager has the remit, the room, and the resources to run a store as a small business; a community‑centric, socially‑driven, technically‑enabled retail hub.

The primary responsibility of the Experience Manager is to create and maintain an immaculate, well‑presented, well‑stocked, well‑served, warm and welcoming environment that recognizes and reflects its local community. Hiring and motivating the right people, ensuring a premium shopping experience, and setting high service standards is the foundation of long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an immaculate, well‑presented, well‑stocked, well‑served, warm and welcoming store environment that reflects the local community.
  • Hire, motivate, and develop a high‑performing retail team.
  • Ensure premium shopping experience and high service standards to build long‑term customer relationships.
  • Drive store revenue and profitability by optimizing product assortments and merchandising.
  • Use proprietary tools to analyze local needs and shelf productivity.
  • Leverage local social content and media to engage the community, using dedicated social platforms and live streaming (Live@Bodycare Studio, TikTok selling).
  • Build one‑to‑one customer relationships via physical and digital interactions, using proprietary CRM and loyalty tools.
