We have an excellent opportunity for a Trust Senior Manager at an expanding London-based accountancy firm. Clients include high-net-worth individuals, estates, and trusts.
The trust team deals with various trusts nationwide, including estates, probates, individual clients and their families, family offices, and small charities. Most clients are high-net-worth families, trusts and estates.
The firm has achieved significant growth in the last few years and is now looking to expand its Trusts and Estates team in London and further afield as part of its growth plans.
What You’ll Do
The main objective of this role is to assist the Partner and Senior Manager in looking after their portfolio of trusts.
In this role you will work with the firm’s Tax Planning Teams, advising clients on trust formation, reorganisations and inheritance tax planning.
Responsibilities
- Managing the financial affairs of high-net-worth family groups
- Training, mentoring and appraising a team of four staff
- Managing debtors, billing and team workflow
- Ensuring that the team meets critical deadlines for tax compliance and annual accounts
