Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive commercial success across independent health stores, convenience retailers, and the wider wholesale ecosystem.
This is a key, field-based commercial role responsible for:
- Growing and nurturing existing accounts
- Securing new distribution with independent retailers
- Working closely with regional and national wholesalers to maximise availability, visibility, and commercial performance
- Executing field sales plans that convert brand awareness into long-term, profitable sales growth
The role is fully remote but will require regular travel within assigned territories.
