As an AI & Data SAP S/4HANA Manager, You Will:
- Lead the integration of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) with SAP S/4HANA and non‑SAP platforms to enable seamless data sharing for AI/ML use cases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI‑powered use cases leveraging SAP Business AI, focusing on domains such as finance and supply chain.
- Translate complex data and AI frameworks into actionable insights for business stakeholders, driving adoption of SAP Business AI capabilities.
- Deliver client‑facing work applying data management and governance solutions to optimize decision‑making and operational performance.
- Stay current with advancements in SAP BDC and Business AI, continuously evaluating and implementing new techniques to maximize business value.
- Leverage your understanding of data strategy and governance to inform strategic problem‑solving and solution design.
- Contribute to projects involving data architecture optimization, data quality improvement, master data management, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams – data engineers, data scientists, technologists, and client stakeholders – to co‑create impactful data‑driven solutions.
- Support internal capability development by advancing frameworks and best practices.
Qualification
- Relevant experience in data management, data governance, and business analytics.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how data impacts them.
- Knowledge of data concepts: master data, transactional data, data structures, and data quality principles.
- Awareness of database technologies such as ETL, SQL, No‑SQL, Medallion architecture, and data warehousing.
- Practical experience in SAP Data products: SAP MDG, SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA Cloud, etc.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Preferred: Certified in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Capacity to read, understand, and implement emerging data engineering techniques.
- Awareness of Large Language Models (LLMs) and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to translate technical information for non‑technical stakeholders.
