Job Description We are seeking a Quality Engineer to provide on-site quality support within a production environment in Belfast . The role will focus on managing quality issues related to metallic structural panels delivered for a major aerospace assembly, with particular emphasis on supporting production teams and resolving non-conformances. This position is ideal for someone with a strong quality or manufacturing background who is comfortable working close to the factory floor and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Location: Belfast On Site: Onsite Clearance: Not Required Experience Level: Mid Level Key Responsibilities: Provide quality support to the production site for delivered metallic panels used in structural assemblies Manage and support production-related non-conformances (NCs) , ensuring effective tracking, investigation, and closure Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to support ongoing production activities Ensure quality issues are addressed promptly to minimise impact on schedule and delivery Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined quality and compliance processes Qualifications Required Skills: Experience in a manufacturing or production quality environment Hands-on involvement in managing non-conformances and quality issues Understanding of metallic structures or assemblies Strong communication skills and ability to work on site with cross-functional teams Eligible for and able to obtain required system and site access Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and tools Required Qualifications: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience . Desirable Skills: Background in Manufacturing Engineering Familiarity with large-scale production or assembly programmes Additional Information Why join us?
