Senior Project Manager – Industrial New Build

Location: LutonJob Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial project based in Luton. This role requires a highly competent individual with a proven track record in managing steel frame industrial developments from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project
• Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Manage and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and support site teams to achieve programme targets
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Oversee and coordinate all temporary works in line with regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks and issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on industrial new build projects
• Strong experience delivering steel frame construction projects
• Valid Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
