AV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager with strong Audio Visual systems delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with a team environment, keeping colleagues and clients in the loop and managing timescales.
• Lead the installation and integration of cutting‑edge audio visual systems including full presentation systems, IPTV, videoconference systems (preferably Cisco or Poly), MTRs, huddle spaces, switching and control kits (Crestron), into boardrooms, training rooms, auditoria, meeting rooms, classrooms and lecture theatres.
• Manage a team of permanent and freelance installation engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering high‑spec corporate, hospitality, and commercial AV projects.
• Experience with projects ranging from £200k to £2m.
• Strong experience with final control systems such as Crestron and audio/video signal routing.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quality and portfolio reference available upon request.
