Business Development Manager
Location: Preston, Office-Based (9 am –5 pm, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £50,000)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Opening up conversations with the right questions to identify client needs
- Presenting our recruitment solutions clearly and confidently
- Handling objections effectively and professionally
- Driving the sales process from initial contact to final close
- Managing your own pipeline and hitting targets consistently
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales closing role (B2B or B2C)
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What You’ll Get:
- Basic salary of £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000
- Monday to Friday hours (9 am–5 pm) – no weekends
