£75,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Reporting to the Finance Director:

• A pivotal role in steering the financial strategy of the company’s dynamic and growing business.
• Lead a team of initially two direct reports.
• Provide strategic insights, financial planning, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Responsible for the creation and presentation of monthly management accounts packs to the divisional leaders and the senior management team.
• Responsible for fielding, managing and responding to Group finance requests for information directly related to incumbent month end processes
• Approve budgets in line with agreed targets and forecasts.
• Manage departmental business operations to achieve or exceed performance in accordance with the financial targets and service levels.
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial models
• Ensure all financial planning activities are completed within established timelines, providing sufficient lead time for review and decision-making.
• Deliver the presentation of the monthly management accounts pack

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Qualified ACCA/ACMA and highly experienced in a similar role.
• FP&A / Business Partnering experience
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
