Job Description:
We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Programme Director to lead a high-impact data and technology programme.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving large-scale transformation across legacy data environments, enabling a more modern, data-driven organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a complex enterprise tech & data programme end-to-end
- Overseeing large-scale data transformation, including new pipelines and legacy migration
- Driving delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic environment
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Translating business challenges into scalable data solutions
Key environment
- Large, complex enterprise landscape
- Significant legacy data challenges (multi-decade systems)
- Cloud-based architecture
Innovation focus
- Opportunity to bring modern programme leadership approaches
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. LLMs) to enhance reporting, delivery, and efficiency

What we’re looking for
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale tech/data programmes
- Strong stakeholder management at senior levels
- Consultancy background preferred
- Technically fluent (cloud, data platforms, architecture) without being hands-on
