Business Development Manager – Technology

The Role

  • 100% new business focus across the Central Belt and wider Scotland
  • Target sectors include: Security, Construction, Hospitality, Industrial, Airports, Hospitals
  • Selling a cost‑saving, ROI‑driven solution — easy to demonstrate value
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Identifying upsell opportunities across the wider product portfolio
  • Building a pipeline and developing long‑term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Background could include popular B2B products/solutions like Telecomms, Mobiles, Utilities, Payments, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new customers
  • Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
  • Someone who wants progress into leadership and build a team
