Lead safety. Influence leaders. Protect people and communities.
The Senior Health & Safety Business Partner is a key leadership role within MBNL’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function, reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Environment. Leading a team of Health & Safety Business Partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding MBNL’s vision of “Everyone Home Safe and Well Every Day” across a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
Acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, you’ll combine operational insight with strategic oversight and performance intelligence to proactively identify, manage, and reduce health, safety, and environmental risks across MBNL’s activities.
As MBNL continues to evolve as an Infrastructure Manager, strong safety leadership is essential. This role ensures health and safety is not confined to HSE, but fully embedded across the business, understood at the frontline and governed at an enterprise level.
Through clear direction and insight, you’ll help protect people, communities, and assets, while enabling safe delivery at scale and pace. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in our Central Reading office.
