Business Development Manager/Surveyor

Marble Talent Group is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements
• Design and quote systems (CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Fire)
• Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal teams
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotations
• Ensure compliance with H&S and industry standards (e.g. BAFE)

Requirements

• Experience in fire & security industry
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, intruder, and access systems
• Ability to produce detailed designs and quotations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Self‑motivated with strong sales focus

Package

• £28,000-£38,000 basic + commission
