Location, Salary and Hours
Salary: £27,144.
Location: Unit 1, Floor 2, Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Rd, Chiswick, London W4 5YG
Hours: 40 hours per week. Fully flexible between Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6:00pm. Potential for Sunday work in the near future.
Role
- Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound customer contact management (phone, chat, form/email, social).
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, supporting multiple queries from general car queries to car orders.
- Provide dealer support.
- Reporting on activities through inputs into AWS and DMS database systems.
- Outbound lead follow up.
- Provide responses to web/online forms.
- Manage technical queries from customers and assist where possible.
- Complete satisfaction survey calls and emails.
- Manage complaints about product, offers and dealers from customers.
- Sales complaints: gather facts and manage interaction with dealers and customers to support a quick, professional, and organized turnaround of sales-based cases for Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery brands.
- Ensure accurate reporting and update case activity as needed.
Qualifications and What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service experience. 6–12 months minimum.
- Auto enthusiast – experience desired but not mandatory.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and a technical mindset.
- Organizational skills – keeping things in order is second nature.
- Team player – able to deliver first-class customer support within a winning team.
- Ability to create trust by keeping promises, owning responsibilities, and providing an open and honest customer experience.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and finesse to deliver a memorable, premium experience.
