Senior Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional pre‑ and post‑contract services, drive value, and represent this growing construction consultancy with professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
- Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
- Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
- Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
- Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
- Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
- Reports, claims and dispute resolution
- Support business growth and promote our brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably degree qualified
- RICS membership preferred
- Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
- Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
- Strong commercial and technical skills
- Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator
