Are you an experienced Recruitment Leader, Account Manager or Talent Acquisition professional looking to step into a mature leadership role without the pressures of a 360 desk? You’ll be joining a high-performing Account Management team responsible for managing key client relationships across the UK. The business specialises in Life Science, Scientific, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Lab, Analytical and Executive Search recruitment. This isn’t a cold BD role — you’ll focus on nurturing established accounts and delivering quality recruitment solutions. Proven success in Account Management, Talent Acquisition, or 360 recruitment (looking to step away from pure sales) A commercial, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for relationship building Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, flexible hours e.g. Core Values Awards recognising high performance Realistic earning potential £75k–£100k OTE A chance to truly specialise in delivery and client partnership, not cold sales
