Overview
Meraki Talent are partnering with a leading banking institution to appoint a Finance Manager to their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a high-performing finance team with excellent career progression prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee bank and intercompany reconciliations, investigating unreconciled items.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and invoice processing for accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly reports, analysis, and supporting schedules for Group.
- Review and supervise the work of a Finance Assistant.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and offshore reconciliation teams.
- Contribute to finance and business projects including system upgrades and new product accounting.
Background / Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience.
- Banking or financial services accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
