Kitson Associates is recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a well-established UK residential developer delivering high-quality new build housing across the East Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can take ownership of multiple projects while working within a supportive and growing team.
The Role:
Managing 2–3 sites simultaneously across the core East Midlands region
Coordinating technical information from planning through to completion
Working closely with internal teams, consultants and site teams
Ensuring design solutions meet programme and build requirements
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience within Engineering and/or Architecture
✔ Previous experience working for a UK residential developer (essential)
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple live projects
