Location: Greenwich
Job Description:

The Role

Supporting our Business Development and Marketing Team, and working closely with our Graphic Designer and Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in implementing business development, public relations and marketing initiatives.

You will be organising and coordinating internal events and arranging BPTW representation at external industry events. You will work with teams from across the practice and use your coordination and time management skills to help pull together high‑quality bid proposal documents and research and gather information to develop engaging written content.

General marketing tasks are a large part of the role, including content writing, website upkeep, e‑communications and keeping our plans and schedules up to date. You will also be responsible for ensuring our social‑media channels are active and our inboxes are monitored.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, organised and a confident communicator who is comfortable working with colleagues at all seniority levels, as you will often be coordinating the input from others to meet multiple deadlines.

You will ideally have some experience in managing social media channels and some knowledge and understanding of the importance of brand guidelines and consistency in brand voice and visual language – with a desire to further develop in this area of expertise.

Excellent writing and administrative skills are essential, and experience of working in a similar administrative role requiring a high level of coordination would be very beneficial. A relevant marketing or communications degree would be advantageous but is not a requirement for the role. Experience using InDesign, and a keen eye for design in general, would be a valuable addition.

If you have experience or interest in housing, architecture, construction or any related fields, and are keen to develop in the early stages of your marketing career, this could be the role for you.
