M&A & International Tax Manager

Pure are excited to be partnered with a high growth, FTSE 100 business for a crucial role within a growing Group Tax function, offering the chance to work across M&A, restructuring and international tax in a dynamic, decentralised operating model. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys broad exposure across a global business.

You’ll support deal teams, manage post‑acquisition structuring, and provide tax input across a wide range of cross‑border matters. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to expand your remit beyond core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with deal teams and advisors on M&A transactions.
• Manage post‑acquisition restructuring projects and implementation.
• Provide tax input on intercompany transactions, dividends, WHT and transfer pricing matters.
• Manage year‑end deliverables and auditor requests relating to M&A and projects.
• Support reporting and compliance teams as required.
• Monitor tax law changes and work with advisors on technical updates.
• Provide training and support to finance teams across the global group.

Professional Attributes

• ACA/CTA or equivalent
• Strong international tax experience; M&A exposure preferred.
• Confident project manager with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Enjoys autonomy and taking ownership of deliverables.
