CNC Programmer / Operator – Join Our Family-Run Team (UK Applicants Only)

Overview

CNC machine operator & programmer (temporary) – temporary position in a small family-run manufacturing company. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high quality components, mostly within the agricultural industry, and act as the sole programmer with support from management and external sources.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components to high quality standards.
• Program parts using CAM or equivalent software.
• Read and execute engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with management and the sister company on the same premises as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a CNC programmer/operator.
• Experience programming using CAM or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and high motivation to succeed.
• Mechanical mindset with ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience using Fanuc controls; experience on Doosan CNCs is advantageous.

Hours & Benefits

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
• 28 days holiday, increasing with time within the company.
• Company pension, sick pay, free on-site parking.
