Investment Analyst – Opportunistic Credit (Associate+)

Our client, a top‑performing credit fund, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Opportunistic Credit team in London.

The role offers broad exposure across public and private markets, covering long/short, pull‑to‑par, stressed/distressed, and special situations strategies across Europe.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of European leveraged credit markets, including HY, distressed, loans, and private debt
• Solid fundamental credit skills and experience generating investment ideas for committee discussion
• Ability to build and maintain an origination network across banks, advisors, and legal contacts
• Clear, confident communication and strong teamwork skills

Ideal Background:

• Associate‑level (or above) experience in credit investing
• Alternatively, experience in special situations investing, restructuring advisory, or as a leveraged credit desk analyst
