We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Preferably you have have come through a Management Consulting training scheme and have four years experience in this arena.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services.
- Identify client needs through consultative sales techniques and provide appropriate solutions aligned with their logistics and supply chain requirements.
- Utilise ERP systems including SAP and Oracle EBS to manage sales processes, track orders, and generate reports.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements ensuring mutual benefit while meeting organisational targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience Consultacy deals, supply chain management or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in British English.
- Proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
