Job Description: Duties: – Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records – Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. – Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations. – Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution. – Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee training programs. – Prepare HR reports and analyse data for HR metrics. Skills: – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. – Excellent organizational and time management skills. – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. – Proficiency in using excel, PowerPoint – Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
