Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data strategy and governance consulting engagements
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at senior client levels
• Coach and mentor the technical team to enhance their capabilities
• Drive projects forward by tackling complex challenges
• Develop compelling data-led solutions for business problems
• Ensure the implementation of effective data management practices
• Contribute to the development of the consulting teams methodology and tools

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building a pipeline of work in data strategy, governance, and management engagements
• Experience in consulting, including solution development, proposal creation, and commercial negotiation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams
• Collaborative and client-centric mindset for translating business problems into data-led solutions
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and drive projects forward
• Knowledge of data governance principles and modern data management technologies
• Significant experience in developing data strategy, governance frameworks, and data management capabilities
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Services, DAMA, DCAM) are beneficial
