Retail Shift Manager Part Time

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire, UK, NN10 0

Pay: £15.45 – £15.95 per hour

Contract: 30-40 hour part‑time, AM & PM shifts

Additional pay: £2.00 per hour for bank holiday work and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give customers the very best experience every time they visit the store
• Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
• Proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
