Semiconductor Product Engineer – Semiconductor technology – Sheffield

A growing semiconductor scale-up is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to support the ramp-up of cutting-edge sensing technology and drive new product introduction into volume manufacturing.

What you’ll do as a Semiconductor Product Engineer:

• Lead NPI activities from concept through to production release
• Optimise yield and test coverage
• Analyse any issues and implement corrective actions related to yield
• Support failure analysis, RMAs, and non-conformance handling
• Act as primary liaison with OSAT partners

What we’re looking for in a Semiconductor Product Engineer:

• Prior experience within a Semiconductor company as a Product Engineer
• Experience taking products through NPI processes to production
• Experience with yield and failure analysis
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams
• Experience with wafer probe, final test, or characterisation
• Knowledge of sensor or photodiode technology
