Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in London – Waterloo. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including business development, talent sourcing, interviewing, and consulting. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and identifying top-tier candidates to fill critical technical roles in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, you will support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business development and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Consulting and Interviewing
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in energy or technical recruitment or commercial recruitment is a strong advantage
