Night Manager – The Medlock at Etihad Campus, Manchester
The Medlock, a Radisson Blu hotel, is opening at the heart of Manchester’s Etihad Campus. The role of Night Manager involves taking ownership of the hotel’s overnight operation, ensuring guests feel safe and supported while leading and developing the night team.
About the Role
As Night Manager you will lead the nightly operations, ensuring guest safety, managing staffing and payroll, maintaining Health & Safety, Fire, Security and PCI standards, and creating a calm, attentive atmosphere.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Night Team with confidence and care, ensuring a warm, reassuring and high quality service experience for every guest.
- Manage arrivals, queries and requests with professionalism, whilst maintaining security through diligent checks and adherence to hotel procedures.
- Manage staffing and payroll in line with business needs, while training and developing your team.
- Uphold all Health & Safety, Fire, Security and PCI standards, ensuring seamless communication into the daytime operation through clear handovers.

About you

- Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office or similar leadership position, ideally in a premium or lifestyle property.
