The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-known technology consultancy who are continuing to expand their network of high-quality Technical Solutions Architects.
This is an opportunity to join their associate network and support a range of complex, large-scale client engagements, working across modern cloud environments.
This is not a purely high-level architecture role. They are looking for hands-on architects who can operate at both strategic and technical depth, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive real delivery.
Communication, clarity of thinking and practical problem-solving are absolutely key in this environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect in complex, large-scale environments
- Strong experience across cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Multi-cloud experience is beneficial but not essential
- A cloud-agnostic mindset with the ability to design across different platforms
- Hands-on capability with the ability to get into the detail when needed, not just operate at a high level
- Background in software engineering, typically engineers who have progressed into architecture roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading from the front and working closely with delivery teams
Nice to Have
- Experience within the public sector
- Ability to work across different industries and domains
- Exposure to highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
- Hybrid working with the ability to travel to Manchester when required
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
