Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Leeds (hybrid working)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clear, robust value‑add reporting and commercial insights to the Operations team.
• Provide commercial advice and analysis to support strategic direction and facilitate profitable growth.
• Model complex problems and business scenarios, communicating findings through compelling storytelling.
• Influence and challenge decision‑making to improve performance and risk management.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing demands and tight timescales.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a commercial finance partner role.
• Experience in FMCG, multisite, distribution, logistics, supply chain or retail sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, business‑partnering and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record of driving improvement and value add across a business.
