The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, handling calls confidently, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.
You’ll manage quotations, process orders and invoices, and build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to upsell and add value where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and confidence
- Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service
- Preparing accurate quotations and proactively following up to maximise conversion
- Processing customer orders and invoices efficiently using internal systems
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records within CRM and IT systems
- Supporting the Regional Key Account Manager with administrative and sales activity
- Liaising with internal teams regarding stock, availability, and order fulfilment
- Escalating complex queries where necessary
