The Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, handling calls confidently, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

You’ll manage quotations, process orders and invoices, and build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to upsell and add value where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and confidence
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service
  • Preparing accurate quotations and proactively following up to maximise conversion
  • Processing customer orders and invoices efficiently using internal systems
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records within CRM and IT systems
  • Supporting the Regional Key Account Manager with administrative and sales activity
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding stock, availability, and order fulfilment
  • Escalating complex queries where necessary

  • Good IT skills and experience using CRM or order processing systems
  • High attention to detail when preparing quotations and processing orders/invoices
