We’re working a consumer services organisation who are looking for a creative and proactive Internal Communications Specialist to join the communications team.

You’ll develop and deliver impactful internal communication plans, support leadership messaging, and help bring our values to life across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies that support business priorities
• Create engaging content for a range of channels (intranet, newsletters, email, video, events)
• Partner with senior leaders to craft clear and compelling messaging
• Manage and maintain internal communication platforms and tools
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, using insights to improve performance

About You

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
