Role Overview

Our front‑of‑house team plays a fundamental role in delivering a professional, informative service in a fun and exciting atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is confident, bursting with personality, and capable of thriving in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain skills and product knowledge on current menus.
• Assist the head waiter/waitress in providing excellent customer service.
• Assist the kitchen team by delivering food to customers with food & wine descriptions.
• Clear tables and ensure that appropriate cutlery is provided.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar.
• Display enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in a similar position.
• Confidence in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude.
