What you’ll do
You will:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of our “Doing What’s Right” mandatory training programme – scheduling, tracking, improving and future‑proofing it using the best technologies and learning practices.
- Refresh content and delivery approaches to make training more engaging, accessible and aligned to modern learning styles.
- Own and coordinate the annual Risk & Compliance planning process and ensure it remains strategic, risk‑informed and fully embedded across functions.
- Publish the Annual Compliance Plan and act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams across VodafoneThree.
- Create and deliver a year‑round Communications Plan – shaping timelines, templates, tone of voice and quality standards.
- Produce regular updates on our Engage and heritage systems, plus an end‑of‑year All Hands video celebrating achievements and key KPIs.
- Lead the transformation of our Complaints campaign into a new, creative strategy that inspires safe risk‑taking, working with an external agency from concept to rollout.
- Support teams with compliance‑related business continuity, budget tracking, reporting, and the risk & compliance records management strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to prepare and justify submissions for Capex budgets and follow‑up business cases.
Who you are
- You bring experience in risk, compliance, governance or similar roles within regulated industries.
- You have a strong grasp of compliance frameworks, governance principles and regulatory obligations.
- You are skilled at planning, commissioning and evaluating large‑scale training – including e‑learning and LMS management.
- You simplify complex topics and communicate clearly across audiences, channels and levels.
- You partner confidently with leaders and stakeholders, influencing decisions and embedding best practice.
- You are comfortable challenging assumptions and strengthening governance through informed, constructive challenge.
- You are passionate about operational excellence and process improvement, using research and colleague feedback to remove pain points.
- You design and deliver strategic communications that help people self‑serve and stay engaged.
- You have a growth mindset – curious, collaborative, inclusive and quick to adapt to change.
- You take ownership, deliver at pace and remain focused on long‑term vision while managing day‑to‑day detail.
- You enjoy connecting with others, encouraging ideas, supporting innovation and executing plans efficiently.
