We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who wants to work on a diverse range of projects, take ownership of design delivery, and be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver mechanical building services design from concept through to completion
• Lead projects and manage design delivery across multiple sectors
• Coordinate with electrical, public health, and wider design teams
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer within building services
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education or mixed‑use
• Familiar with UK building regulations and design standards
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
