Experienced and compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing Home. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care and support to residents, including administering medication.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure highest quality of care.
• Follow all policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during shift.

Requirements

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and caring individual with empathy for residents’ needs.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
